Whether you prefer walk-ins or scheduled appointments, our process is designed for convenience. After the support session, we ensure accuracy by having a quick sign-off to confirm the hours of care provided. Jacob's Ladder Therapies ensures a smooth scheduling process. Before the session, the point of contact receives an email with a scheduling tool and a virtual meeting link. They are responsible for sharing the links with their teams. Reminder emails are sent to those using the scheduling tool. Participants join 1:1 sessions through individual links sent directly to their emails, ensuring strict confidentiality. We prioritize efficient scheduling, clear communication, and participant privacy at Jacob's Ladder Therapies.
